Just brought in this weeks SLO Veg delivery....strawberries, peaches, plums, zucchini, squash, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, avocado, leeks, cantaloupe, red cabbage, radishes, cilantro, green beans, lettuce mix.
Lee is planning to barbecue tomorrow, so many possibilities here. Green onion dip with chopped radishes, roasted zuchini and squash, a tomato and cucumber salad, .... I'm thinking!
