Green Salad and Turkey leftovers: Last night's dinner is today's scrumtious lunch
Last night's dinner was today's scrumptious lunch: Roasted turkey, mashed red potatoes, gravy and green peas.
A super-fresh green salad with strawberries, carrots, sprouts and curly-leaf lettuce, toppped with my Killer Strawberry Vinaigrette made a lovely lunch today. The lettuce,strawberries and sprouts were fresh from our tote box from SLO Veg. The turkey and gravy really hit the spot...much better than the chicken nuggets offered on today's work menu.
